Maybe a git lab, maybe a ppa, this kind of community resource sounds like a  
fine idea!  Arch has the AUR for this sort of purpose.  Would the community  
need to appoint a compliance officer to make sure all contributions are duely  
licensed?  Or, should it be a sources-only repository, thus ensuring all can  
read,modify, etc, the contributions?
