In the Spanish forum, which I invaded a long time ago with my pseudospanishblabla, we have a "frequently asked questions" page which we link when a newcomer asks for something obvious. Maybe we could just make one like that in Eng so as not to repeat always the same on those few same topics, like for instance, "is Debian libre, Is Firefox Libre, How to view flash content etc etc"
