There is no newer version of Icecat at this time. Icecat is currently based on Firefox ESR52, which is too old for the latest version of LibreJS. Support for ESR52 ended on September 5th, so hopefully Icecat will switch to ESR60 soon. In the meantime, Abrowser is based on Firefox 61, so it should be able to install the latest version of LibreJS.
