We are close to having a working netinstaller. I hope that after this Friday's meeting it will be ready. In the meantime, it is possible to install Trisquel 8 and upgrade to Trisquel 9, or to debootstrap onto another partition. > is stable to be used for dayly tasks? Some packages are not in the repos yet, but packages which are in the repos already are stable, so how usable it is for you will depend on which packages you need.
