As far as I know, SeaMonkey is free software. I downloaded the tar.bz2 from
https://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/ and extracted it using the
contextual menu (that you can get right-clicking on the tar.bz2 file).
Double-clicking on the seamonkey/seamonkey file launched SaeMonkey, as
expected.
