So I tried Linphone again, Version 3.6.1 from the "backport" repositories.  
Linphone is set to port 5061, and I've configured port 5061 for Linphone in  
my router. Result: It still doesn't work. For the protocol, I've attached the  
debug-window. However, as I've started using Jami and Jitsi, I don't need a  
solution for the "Linphone problem" anymore.
