Hi Mickel
  I agree with all your points here.  I too have to emerse myself in the 
scene and feel the pain and shame of losing in order to reduce the 
importance of the incident.

  The scene happened back then in time but it is only a problem to me 
bucause for me it is right here in present time compelling me to do or not 
do something.
Time exists as a measure of change in the physical universe but is 
unimportant in running incidents in the mind.
