Yes, I believe that alternate running can have addition benefits.
Most of all as one leg is run which is a game or an overwhelm and one
gets a release from that syndrome then one is more able to clearly
and openly look at the other side, the overwhelm and then the game.
This is purely on the basis that one was stuck on one of the legs
that placed one solely in that leg to the exclusion of the
complimentary leg and all other legs of Level 5’s 1-8 steps of the
Postulate Failure Chart. So definitely alternate running can be
beneficial in opening up each leg and thereby having more to run.
One also winds up catching all inasmuch as when one leg, the leg B is
released/opened up, one will with alternate running once again take
up leg A and catch all of those scenes that were hidden and
obfuscated and now clear those remaining scenes. Scenes which were
not caught with a complete clearing of just running leg A and then
proceeding on to leg B and never going back to leg A. Those new leg
A scenes that are now opened up, if there are any, can now be cleared.
I also realized that besides yawning as a change, I also laugh. It’s
because I realized that, the overwhelm was not really an overwhelm.
Not to me anyway. Maybe to those with the pan-determined postulate
but it’s not the way I see it with my above the games viewpoint of a
‘true’, higher viewpoint of pan-determinism. Truly higher because it
encompasses spirit, mind, body not just body, identity and the MEST
Universe. (notice the difference in use of pan-determined and pan-
determined postulate)
I now look at it as, if I can do the action or not do the action of
the pan-determined postulate of another or others and that I make
that choice solely on my own cognizance, I know that I am neither in
a game or an overwhelm regardless of what the other or another’s
viewpoint is.
Boy o boy, I am really getting the viewpoint and status of a master
game player and a more real idea and sense of Nirvana.
I also have a better idea of why the opponent’s postulate is the pan-
determined one. This has troubled me up to this point because the
pan-determined viewpoint (not postulate is the higher viewpoint, so
why isn’t this true with postulates?) It is because that another’s
or other’s postulate is for them and for you both. Voila! Pan-
determined postulate but not a self-determined viewpoint - then
postulate - then action. This is true whether it is you and another
or you and others.
That is the whole secret to Level 5. To rise above games altogether
and be the maker of games not be a piece being played in games with
others. Knowing that one’s viewpoint and actions are at a higher
level than games. Games are an integral part of the MEST Universe,
which cannot exist without them.
Do you get the gist? In broader terms, one has defeated the
compulsory, involuntary actions on one by his mind and with that out
of the way, one is now eliminating the viewpoints and actions of one
being deep in a game and in a games condition. Level 5 is
eliminating the automatic, compulsory, involuntary viewpoints of
games. If one is in the MEST Universe one cannot be not in a game
but one can be playing it above the level of being in it. One needs
a completely free mind in order to only see the games situation
without added-inapplicables from the mind.
WOW! You know what the final result of the above cognitions were at
the end of session? I really didn’t have to do RI because the above
realizations put in the appropriate importances.
