Glad to see you saw the cause of your own effect and no biggie overwhelms or fixations occurred, and the hacker achieved his goals, and will simply not have you as a future player in his games -- unless you so desire to. But most likely you will adopt some more positive activity to take up when the work tedium phenomenon occurs, if it ever does again.
Seems like simply you exercising yourself through the Level 5 chart.
