Hi Collen
Sorry, I forgot to put my name under the post re troll. This was me, Roberto, not Leo. The cure for trolling is easy: don't feed them after midnight... Seriously, they feed on the energy of the forum members. The cure is not to respond to their post, then they starve and disappear. On this list a troll is identified by 1. Does not do TROM. 2. Does not intend to do TROM. That's David. Being "nattery" indicates overts. Overts cause withdrawal from the subject. On that, I guess, L. Wrong Hubbard was right ;-) I can't imagine David constantly criticising TROM and then going into session. It's not technically possible. Bashing McDonalds and then go and enjoy a meal there? So I do not post because, even though I want to learn more, I'm ethically not in much agreement with them. I'm willing to change my mind so I stay on the list for insights. I'm thankful for their strictnessl -- saved me from my wrong ways. Another list I belong to is full of trolls and each thread degrades and stops for no good reason other than it's turned into a warzone. 1.1 posts and joker/degrader remarks makes people either want to get the hell off the thread or sink down to the lowest common denominator. Reason went out the window. Trom list is in the universe of TROM, which makes it a unique list. What do you suggest as a cure for persistent trolling? colleen
