The RealPlayer stores its volume setting in the file
".RealNetworks_RealMediaSDK_60", which can be found in your home directory.
Find the "Volume=" line, and set the percentage as needed. Do this when the
RealPlayer isn't running so that it and your editor won't compete for the file
content.
