Terry, It was disobedience to God’s commandments that got Eve into trouble—and just might have the same effect upon us. J Izzy

Izzy

I prefer my squid battered and deep fried, and I will pass

on the mice.  I have the wonderful freedom to make those choices.

You might try going the vegetarian route.  It seems to have

worked real well for Daniel, though it got Eve in a bit of trouble.

Terry, I agree. But do I really WANT to eat mice, or uncooked squid???? And of the things I do eat, what are the best proportions? Everything is not so simple! J By “suggest” I mean that scripture does not write a formal “diet plan”, but sometimes we can see a pattern that is good. Izzy

The Bible does not suggest.  It states plainly that we can eat anything .  What goes into man is not important.  What comes out of man is.  What ia suggested, is moderation.

Blessings,

Subject: [TruthTalk] Godly diet?

I just watched Dr. Atkins interviewed on Larry King Live about his diet
plan. At this time of the year it seems that everyone has a resolution to
lose weight, and TV commercials and programs seem to talk about nothing
else. One screwy diet after another, all contradicting themselves!

I'm wondering if anyone has any idea what kind of diet, if any, the Bible
suggests that we should follow. Since you folks provided ZERO input on your
"new year's resolutions"; can anyone offer suggestions on this topic?

Izzy
