authority to execute anybody...the argument to T, below, is v strange,
partic while the P&S were tryg to obtain such authority (or) to
have Rome take JC out...e.g., as in the case of Rome v. JtB whch (tragicly)
seems t'be typicl midEast imperial/ist 'justice'..
