Dave, Jesus is the authority and he did not set up a hierarchal flesh kingdom to stand in for Him
His kingdom is organic rather than organizational.  Leadership leads by example rather than as CEO
The least is as important as the greatest and all are to submit one to another in the fear of God.
This is the example we find in the NT.  You will note that John recognized the false by the way they
behaved and warned the Church not to receive them.   judyt
