During the production workshop at TUL2011 we have discussed this new
module. What is clear that many have a need for this module and that
possible features are endless. Most of all it is important we make a
start with a simple but generic module. After the workshop we have
decided to do a joint contribution to make this new module available.
Who will be the copyright owners of the code?
According to me the copyright should be shared amongst people
contributing to the funding because this can be viewed as a contract
between some people and a company/person to create the module. But the
people doing the coding should probably also appear in the COPYRIGHT
file.
