Hi! more patches: some fixes for LIMIT support (in particular - sybase and mssql now actually work). also adds support for MSSQL's 7+ SELECT TOP N ... syntax. For that I've added MSSQL7 adapter since 6.5 does not support that syntax. this is against 2.1 branch. fedor.
