In your maven.xml file use the following as a guide:
<project xmlns:deploy="deploy">
<goal name="my-deploy-goal">
...
do some other deployment operations
...
<deploy:copy-deps dir="/path"/>
</goal>
</project>
The <deploy:copy-deps/> tag will move your dependent jars for you.
