I'm happy to put it anywhere. What do we do with resources like this that 
are too big for 'normal' CVS access?

how about under /www/jakarta.apache.org/turbine/maven/eclipse/ ? Once 
Martin gets the plugin going, we can add a links page in xdocs and point 
to them individually....
