Yes, I've seen it and I was thinking about something similar for a Maven
POM editor (when you open project.xml). Additionally a "New Maven
project" wizard which creates a default directory structure, default
project.xml, some default docs, etc would also be great. Then I was also
thinking about a Maven plugin manager that lists of plugins available
from different locations (maven remote repo, local directory, etc) and
the installed ones; you would right-click on a non-installed one a
select "install...", etc. The list is endless... :-)

I have started learning how to write Eclipse plugins and it's quite
nice. When time allows, I'll try to work on some plugins for Maven. I'll
need to talk to Martin to see what he is up to.

Well, in that case, I think
www/jakarta.apache.org/turbine/maven/static|extra|other|pickaname would
be even better.
