I think last time we discussed this, it came down to needing to either:
a) setup a plugin/goal for xdoclet for code generation ala the antlr 
plugin, or 
b) rework the war plugin to be done in an 'assembly' fashion so that it 
can be hooked easier.

I think the war plugin has it's own docs, but that the site hasn't been 
updated with plugin docs yet - is this right Jason?

Give me a real small example and we'll work together to get a complete 
working example.
