I have used the antlr technique described last week and built a JAXB plugin
against the 0.75 beta. I'll try and get it a bit more effecient with a
depends check and then send the code to the list on Monday. I'll also need
to add 4 artifacts for JAXB to ibiblio.

I have a preGoal pulling them all together into target/src. I stole this
from the jakarta-turbine-2 build.
