Unfortunately that didn't help - it looked for the jars locally (where I'm trying to build them) and there's not there for it to get.
The error I'm getting occurs when I issue the 'ant' command under: jakarta-commons-sandbox/util It looks like it is having problems resolving the symbol 'Strings' - I've put it in the CLASSPATH to no avail. I think I shall just wait for the decoupled jar proported to be available Monday. Thanks for you help! =) Eddie ----- Original Message ----- From: "Eric Dobbs" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Turbine Users List" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Thursday, March 14, 2002 4:50 PM Subject: Re: Torque - Decoupled binaries? > On Thursday, March 14, 2002, at 03:36 PM, Eddie Bush wrote: > > > I know I can build Torque from source, but that process isn't going > > well for me right now - in spite of following the message on the site > > about how to do it. > > > > Is there any approximation on when there will be a de-coupled Torque > > binary distribution? > > > > I'll continue with my efforts to build from source, but I don't seem to > > be making any further headway - I seem to be having problems building > > the commons jars needed. > > > try 'ant update-jars'.
