The id-table-schema.sql file contains two generated create table statements.
Each has a 'header' (comment).  There are statements below the creates which
seem to be (extra-careful-ness?) fine - they aren't duplicated.

I will likely do the tests, but I'm not sure when.  I have some other things
that I need to see completed first.  I'll check into what all I need to do
to run the tests and submit the results as soon as I can.
