This is my understanding. We actually pass the template page to the
Servlet container for processing (TurbineJspService). I haven't done much
with the JspService (besides "cute, it works with Tomcat"), so this might
want some more trying.
You can simply init both the Velocity and Jsp Service and then get
template names ending in ".jsp" mapped to the Jsp Service.
