In order to use the Castor service in Turbine you need to have two
additional JARs from the Castor distribution in your classpath:
jta1.0.1.jar and jdbc-se2.0.jar
These JARs are not currently distributed with Turbine. Maybe you should
consider including them, or at least put comments/documentation in place to
let users of the Castor service know about the missing JARs.
