If you have packages for all components, then you can use them. You
should only respect version requirements and that's all.
Your error is because you're missing some kind of "python-devel" package
installed. cElementTree is a binary extension to make XML (Kid's
templates, for example) processing faster.
Also, if you take a look at the help you'll see that using triple braces
on a line before and on a line after your quotation -- from the shell,
code, etc. -- it will make your text more readable. (Use them without
spaces like in { { { something } } } )
Please, after installing the devel package come back to this bug and tells
us if it solved your problem or not.
