Well, this is weird - I can not get it working again. I tried running both
'paster setup-app development.ini' and 'python setup.py develop' and tried
fresh quickstated projects with or without auth and just could not get the
debug interface fully working again. What I get is a plain, unstyled
traceback page (the same that the debug interface would return), but all
the css and js files included in that page return a turbogears 404 error.
The same error can be seen when going to the traceback page that is
printed in the console on a crash.
