Steps to reproduce:
Ubuntu 9.10, Python2.5.
Install TG2.0 via the downloaded script.
Create a new quickstart project (with auth).
Start the project - it works.
Add a line 'crash()' to the index controller.
Start the project, it crashes as expected, but there is no debug
interface, because all URLs under /_debug/ return a 404 error.
