I was running TG 0.9a1 on windows without problem, now I want to move my code to my linux server, but I cant get TG installed.
The system is a gentoo linux 2006.0 build for amd64. With easy_install, I tried : easy_install -f http://www.turbogears.org/preview/download/index.html --script-dir /usr/local/bin TurboGears and I keep getting this error : --- Using /usr/lib64/python2.4/site-packages/TurboGears-0.9a1-py2.4.egg Processing dependencies for TurboGears Searching for INITools Reading http://www.python.org/pypi/INITools/ Reading http://pythonpaste.org/initools/ error: Download error: (-2, 'Name or service not known') --- I had no problem installing 0.89 though.
