huh? why will you need a c compiler? .net doesn't has a C compiler, are your trying to download the source distribution?

So now off to postgreSQL. Any suggestions? Anyone use postgreSQL,
Python 2.4, Windows 2000 and TurboGears .9a4.


in all cases did you try to setup your database and make it work stand alone, then with python and then with TG. you have many layers in which the error can happen.
