Yes, the issue is simply the generic error message - I'd prefer the
developer gets an error message telling them they are missing x, y, and
z parameters.  It sounds like this is much better now in the 0.9/1.0
line.  I've really been holding off on moving up until the new code is
no longer alpha, but it sounds like for all practical purposes it is
something I could safely upgrade to.
