[TurboGears] [POLL] will you want a TurboGears apps/extensions/widgets,etc site?

hi all,

a couple of days ago this occur to me based on a request for a widgets repository. I dig around and I think this is possible,

Basically the idea is

Each project will have:
- per project access to svn (http and https) although rev numbers will be shared.
- access to the wiki and ticket system (trac), that is you will be able to manage most of the wiki and all developers will have to share the same instance.
- as many email addresses as developers it has

Each project will require
- to be directly related to Turbogears (either an application,extension, or widget, etc.) or
- be related to one of TG's components.
- be release under any "open" license although I believe we should prefer same as TG to prevent license issues.
- have at least one responsable/main developer, and if he/she becomes unavailable and we need the space we may delete the files.

if a project needs a db, we may set up one although this may not be possible for all of them.

Some stuff that still needs to be done
- how will releases be done, lots of zip/tar files could kill the diskspace. although I believe we could host the lastest version eggs
- a front page / index of projects, although we may get alone with trac
- a name :)
- a domain if necesary, I'll be happy to donate this.

The best example of what's on my mind is trac-hacks.org

I had a reply from python-hosting aka webfaction (or should that be the other way around) and they are more then happy to provide a "shared 1" ( http://www.webfaction.com/shared_hosting) hosting if this becomes a reality.

now is anyone be interested?
