Sure, go ahead and add a page to the wiki.

I'd categorize the list according to roughly the following topics:

TurboGears proper
Web-Programming
Python
  - for Beginners
  - for Programmers
  - Others
HTML & XML
JavaScript & AJAX
CSS
Databases
Programming (e.g. Patterns, Refactoring, Testing)
Project management

Apart from a flat list of titles with descriptions, links, comments, etc. you
could then suggest several "virtual bookshelves", i.e. lists of about 5-10
titles, that cover the major aspects of web programming, each bookshelf with a
different focus.
