filter-with = proxy-prefix [filter:proxy-prefix] use = egg:PasteDeploy#prefix prefix = /tg Gearbox spits out: 21:15:16,815 ERROR [gearbox] The section 'main' is not the application (probably a filter). You should add #section_name, where section_name is the section that configures your application I've never seen this before, even thought i've used proxy-prefix just fine with paster in many projects.
