The script always passes -httpd by default. Not sure why it isn't passing that 
argument on your old machine, but the issue is that -httpd needs to be followed 
by a directory. Can you do some further diagnosis and determine why the 
directory argument is blank? 

I am not in front of the computer right now, but this has a familiar ring to 
it. It may have already been fixed in subversion.
