I confirmed that the -httpd issue has already been fixed, so you should
be able to do a build out of branches/1.2.x in subversion to get the
fix. I am working on a 1.2.2 release, which should be available in the
next few weeks.
As far as how to change the configuration directory, you can simply set
TVNC_CONFDIR, e.g. by passing -DTVNC_CONFDIR=/etc on the cmake command line.
