Yes, 1.2.80 = 2.0 alpha = subversion trunk. The build system should pick up the TurboJPEG headers and libraries if they are in the system default locations or under /opt/libjpeg-turbo, but if you have them somewhere else, then you'll need to override the TJPEG_LIBRARY and TJPEG_INCLUDE_DIR cmake variables.
