Couldn't get it to reproduce when running the Java vncviewer on OS X and Oracle JRE 8u45. The issue may be the Apple Mighty Mouse (A1152) that I am using. There may be additional button 4, 5, 6 and 7 events after the button 2 down event causing the Java vncviewer issues that doesn't happen with the 1.2.3 native viewer. Craig Ruff NCAR/CISL
