You're apparently on Windows.

You need to understand the difference between being at a cmd prompt, being at the python interpreter, and maybe being in whatever shell you're using.

You also need to be able to copy & paste from the cmd window (console window, dos box, whatever). There are menu items that let you select a rectangular section of the console box and copy it to the clipboard. it's been too long for me to remember, but try right-click on the cmd window.

Without pasting exactly what you're doing (and not just the error msg), people are going to continue being frustrated.
