Sure, size of my Gnome panel is 48.
But that was not the pint.
Changing panel size don't change result.(Panel was safe)

I investigated to a slight degree.
So, the exestence of 48x48 icon was not the point too.

Finally I've found that deleting "tuxpaint.svg" installed in  
directory "/usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/" will stop
panel crash.

I guess it was caused by some priority related reason that adding 
48x48 icon into the place solved the problem.
