In Chicago, WMAQ's master control is now run from 30 Rock--I would
assume 30 Rock also controls WVIT Hartford, WCAU Philadelphia and WRC
Washington (and WNBC New York). I always find it interesting that
whenever WMAQ runs a promo for local news, there's always a split-
second of something else showing before they go to the next spot,
which makes me wonder if the local news promos are being fired from
the news control room and picked up "live" by 30 Rock while their
computer ad insertion system is running at the same time.
