A played hookie from teaching for a few hours this morning and walked to the beach (a benefit of living and working in San Diego). Staring out at the Pacific Ocean and breathing in the salt air, I think I have mustered up the stamina to complete the rest of the work day. I'll try to write something when I get home (writing usually helps me work strong emotions through my system).
