Yep, if Jay stays there are no winners. If Jay and Conan both leave,
only NBC loses. If Jay and Conan then each end up on other networks
(or both on Fox!), Jay and Conan win. Seriously, what is keeping Jay
at NBC? The devotion to his crew? It ain't the money.
