However, the mathematics of combining the two makes the actual numbers
the judges give pretty insignificant. Highest score from the judges
gets a number of points equal to the number of people competing,
second place gets n-1 points, and so on down to 1 point for last
place, and the same is done with the viewer votes, then lowest total
score leaves with viewer votes breaking any tie. So, it doesn't matter
if you're one point behind the next contestant or 100, all that
matters is where you are in the order.

This also creates a situation where the most popular contestant with
viewers cannot be eliminated no matter how horrible their dancing is.
Actually, all you really need to do if you're in last place after the
judging is be more popular than the person who came in next-to-last.
