They can't even burn it off on a Saturday? That "Harry's Law" rerun is too precious to hold one more week? The dozens of people who remember that NBC debuted a show called "Law and Order: Los Angeles" this season need a third airing of that episode so soon? "The Cape" started watchably dumb and worked up to entertainingly crazy but there were far worse ways to spend an hour on NBC (i.e., "Harry's Law").
