Updating, I've restored our Juno accounts, with plenty of help from something called 'juno5bdb', from a DVD to which I'd happily been backing them up twice a week; sadly, the batch file I used to make the backups is on the other HDD and damned if I can remember it in a natural way. Juno as of the current version 8.8 also makes its own backups, but only of the folder and message data, not addy-book. The webmail accounts we also use were never affected.
