I thought the same thing about the Fox HD bug. My guess is two became
a good enough trend to write the article.

Given the significant usage of advertising bugs during sporting
events, now going beyond soccer and into hockey (which has plenty of
breaks as is), I'm leaning when, not if, for a permanent advertising
bug.
