This has to be a good thing.  The 7am hour used to be almost all capital-n 
News, with the fluff constrained to 8am onward.  Lately, it feels like - 
even with a ton of actual News to report - they can't stop the fluff from 
creeping all the way up to the top of the show.  And now that they have 4 
hours to kill, there's no reason to reserve the first hour for actual News, 
as opposed to celebrity 'news' or true stories of courageous puppies.
