well, as I understand (and I may be wrong), the All Dressed flavour of
potato chips is a combination of all of the flavours that I seem to
recall in the mid 1980's in canada:
- Salt and Vinegar
- BBQ (the spicy kind, not the roasted-ribs sweet style)
- Ketchup
- Sour Cream and Onion
- maybe Dill Pickle
well at least how the flavour works in my head.
...and its one of those things that if you have it as a late night snack
after a few drinks, you will remember it in the morning.... even if you
brush your teeth really well before bed.
I cannot comment on Poutine, as I avoid that heart-attack-in-a-bowl.
