Time Warner Cable had dropped the Hubbard Broadcasting-owned channel last year, claiming that they were not delivering on their proclaimed arts orientation--the channel has just adapted a new logo with the slogan "Art Everywhere" and has pledged at least 200 hours a year of original cultural programming on the channel (and one assumes that reruns of "Fame," "So You Think You Can Dance" and "Smash" don't count) and so TWC says it will bring the channel back:
